After logging in to HACC GEN, go to the Dashboard and click the plus (+) icon in the Content Creation section to start creating a course.

Check that you have entered the Course Title and Target Audience, as these are mandatory fields. The course description is optional. Once the mandatory fields are completed, click Continue.

Select Generating with Uploaded Content. This option allows you to upload a PDF and generate the course based on the information in the uploaded content.

Yes. Select Generating with AI and provide the required course details. HACC GEN will generate the course based on the information you provide.

In the Details section, select the appropriate level of understanding, narration tone, and course duration based on your learners and learning requirements.

Yes. In the Review section, click Add More Topics to expand the course structure.

Click the Edit option for the topic. You can update the topic title, description, estimated duration, and learning objectives, and choose whether to include a quiz. Click Save after making the changes.

Drag the topic to the desired position to change the order of the course content.

Click the Delete option for the unwanted topic and remove it from the course structure.

Select the relevant content in the course editor and use the HACC GEN Extender. It provides AI-powered tools for creating or enhancing avatars, audio, images, infographics, videos, translations, and more.

You can use the HACC GEN Extender to add or enhance content for a specific section of your course. Select the required content, open the HACC GEN Extender, and choose the appropriate tool based on your requirements. Select the required options, configure the available settings, and click Run to generate the content. You can then insert the generated content into the course or replace the selected content, as required.

Wait for the save confirmation message and then return to the HACC GEN Dashboard. If the course is still not visible, refresh the dashboard and check again.

Saved courses appear on the HACC GEN Dashboard after the changes are successfully saved

No. Select Edit Content, enter the new course name, and save the change. The course title will be updated.

Use the Copy option to create a duplicate of the course. You can then make changes to the copy while keeping the original course. I accidentally deleted a course. Can I recover it? The Delete option removes the course when selected. Before deleting, make sure the course is no longer required. If the course is important, use Copy to keep a duplicate before deleting the original.

Yes. Select Delete for the saved course or copy that is no longer required. I accidentally created a duplicate course. Can I remove it? Yes. Select Delete for the course or copy that you no longer need.

Yes. From the HACC GEN Dashboard, click the course title to open the course editor. You can then make the required changes and save them.

Yes. Click Save to save the course. You can return to it from the Dashboard and continue editing when required.

Once the course is finalized and saved, click Generate SCORM Package to proceed with SCORM configuration.

You need to enter the SCORM package name and select the preferred SCORM version, such as SCORM 1.2.

Select Yes for Locked Navigation. Learners must complete each step before moving to the next. If No is selected, learners can move freely between the course content. Choose the option based on how you want learners to navigate the course.

No. Once the SCORM package has been generated, you cannot change its navigation settings directly. To change the navigation, update the setting in the course and generate the SCORM package again.

Yes. In the SCORM Visual Settings section, you can select the primary colour and font, and upload a PNG logo to personalize the package. These settings will be applied when the SCORM package is generated. Note: A preview feature will be available soon. You will be notified by email once it is available.

Check that you have selected and uploaded the required PNG logo under Logo (PNG) before generating the package. If the logo is not selected, the package may be generated without it

Completion Conditions determine when the course is considered complete. You can configure completion based on: Viewing slides Passing a quiz Both viewing slides and passing a quiz

Yes. Under the completion conditions, you can select completion based on passing a quiz. You can also set a passing score and choose whether the score is calculated using the average of all quizzes or a final assessment.

The system calculates the learner's completion score based on the average score across all quizzes in the course.

This option allows the completion score to be based on one selected/final quiz or assessment, rather than the average of multiple quizzes.

After you click Generate SCORM Package, the SCORM package is created as a ZIP file and automatically downloaded to your system. You can then upload it to your desired LMS.

Check whether the package generation has completed and whether your browser has blocked the download. Also check your browser's Downloads folder and download permissions.

The downloaded SCORM ZIP package can be uploaded to your desired Learning Management System (LMS).

Return to the course from the Dashboard, open it in the course editor, and make the required changes. After finalizing the changes, generate the SCORM package again.

Yes, Hacc Gen can create a course using the PDF content provided; it will take it as a reference and create the course.

Make sure your document is in PDF format, as PDF is the supported format for uploading content. Other document formats may not be accepted.

You can add a PDF with up to 100 slides based on your content. PDFs with more than 100 slides cannot be uploaded.

Yes. The Title and Target Audience fields are mandatory to proceed to the next step in course generation. You must enter details in both fields before continuing.

Yes. You can add multiple target audiences. Separate each target audience with a comma.

No, adding a description is not mandatory. However, if you choose to generate the course using AI, the description can help the AI understand your specific requirements and the topics you want to include in the course.

Select the proficiency level that best matches your learners' existing knowledge and experience with the course topic: Beginner: For learners with little or no prior knowledge. Intermediate: For learners with some familiarity or experience. Advanced: For learners with strong knowledge or expertise.

If the generated course does not include all the topics you want, click Add More Topics and enter the required details: Title: Enter the name of the topic. Description: Briefly explain what the topic should cover. Estimated Duration: Specify how long the topic should take. Learning Objectives: Add the learning objectives the topic should cover. Include Quiz?: Select Yes if you want to include a quiz and specify the number of questions. Click Save Changes to save the new topic.

Click the Edit option available on the right side of the topic name. The Edit Topic window will show: Title Description Estimated Duration Learning Objectives Quiz details This allows you to review what will be covered in that topic.

Click and hold the drag handle available on the right side of the topic or subtopic, and drag it to the required position.

Click the subtopic you want to edit and select the text you want to change. You can then modify the content and use the formatting options available in the toolbar at the top of the Course Editor.

Yes. The Summarize tool can reduce lengthy content into a shorter and more concise version by identifying the key information and main points. You can also use the Maximum amount of words option to control the desired length of the summary.

Enter or paste your content into the Prompt / Narration field, choose the maximum number of words for your summary, select your preferred language type, and click Run. HACC Gen will generate a shorter version of your content while retaining the main ideas.

The Keep language type option preserves the same language style and tone used in your original prompt or narration. For example, if your content is written in a simple, conversational, formal, or technical style, the summary will aim to maintain a similar language type and tone rather than changing the way the content is written

HACC Gen Extender offers 33 languages to choose from in the Target language dropdown. Simply select the language you want your content to be translated into, enter your content in the Prompt / Narration field, and click Run. HACC Gen will then translate your content into the selected target language.

Yes. The Detailed description tool helps transform short or brief content into a clearer, richer, and more descriptive explanation. Open HACC Gen Extender and select Detailed description. Enter or paste your content into the Prompt / Narration field, choose the maximum number of words and your preferred Language type, then click Run. HACC Gen will expand your content while maintaining the level of detail and language style you require.

Yes. HACC Gen Extender lets you turn selected text into spoken audio. Choose Create audio, select the target language and voice gender, review the narration, and click Run to generate the audio.

For the best results, provide a clear and descriptive prompt explaining what you want the image to show. Include details such as the subject, setting, visual style, composition, and any specific requirements. The more clearly you describe your desired outcome, the more accurately the tool can generate the image.

Select the content you want to convert into an infographic and choose Infographic Image Generation from the HACC Gen Extender. Then: Select the required image size: Landscape, Portrait, or Square. Choose an infographic mode: Long: Creates an infographic based on the complete selected content. Summarize: Creates an infographic using a shorter, summarized version of the selected content. Once the infographic is generated, choose: Insert Below to insert the image below the content Replace Section to replace that content with the infographic, or Close to cancel and return to the content.

If the generated infographic does not meet your requirements, try rephrasing or refining your prompt to provide clearer instructions. You can specify details such as the type of infographic, key information to include, layout, visual style, or level of detail. You can also try selecting different content or adjusting the amount of content selected. Based on your needs, choose between Long and Summarize modes to control the amount of information included.

Yes. You can provide a topic or prompt and select Generate Using AI, so HACC Gen can create the script for you. You can then use the other settings to guide the narration and visuals.

To continue working on a saved draft: Go to Course Management. Click the More... option under the Course section. Select HACC Gen under Course Administration. Click the yellow Manage Draft Data button. Select your saved draft from the dropdown menu. Click Load Draft.

Review the generated content to make sure everything is correct. Once you are satisfied, click Save and Create Course to finalize and create your course.
