HACC Gen is a product of Dynamic Pixel Multimedia Solutions ("Dynamic Pixel", "we", "us", or "our").

3. Content, Prompts and Files Submitted to HACC Gen
HACC Gen is an AI-assisted content-development platform. In the course of using the Services, you may submit or generate:
- prompts and instructions;
- text;
- documents;
- PDFs;
- presentations;
- images;
- audio;
- video;
- course material;
- instructional content;
- learning objectives;
- assessment content;
- scripts;
- source material;
- other files; and
- other information submitted for processing or generation.
We refer to these collectively as "User Content."
We process User Content as necessary to provide the features and functionality requested by you, including processing, transformation, analysis, generation, conversion, storage, export, and delivery of content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit User Content to HACC Gen and that you are authorized to provide any personal information contained in that content.

HACC Gen uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate, transform, analyze, summarize, translate, enrich, or otherwise process content.
Depending on the feature used, User Content, prompts, instructions, and related information may be processed by HACC Gen infrastructure and/or third-party technology providers that support particular AI or media-generation capabilities.

- AI models;
- text generation;
- image generation;
- audio generation;
- video generation;
- avatar or synthetic-media generation;
- translation;
- cloud infrastructure;
- storage; and
- other technology required to operate the Services.

We do not intend to store complete payment card numbers or authentication information on HACC Gen servers.

10. API and Integration Data
If you use the HACC Gen API, Moodle integration, HACC Gen Extender, or another authorized integration, we may process information such as:
- API credentials and identifiers;
- API requests;
- API usage information;
- application or LMS information;
- registered domain information;
- technical logs;
- generated output;
- error information;
- usage and credit consumption; and
- other information necessary to provide the integration.
API credentials may be associated with a particular account, organization, application, LMS, or domain.
You are responsible for protecting API credentials and ensuring that you are authorized to submit information to HACC Gen through an integration.
11. Information Received from Organizations
Where HACC Gen is used by an organization, company, educational institution, or other entity, we may receive information about users from that organization.
For example, an organization may:
- create or manage user accounts;
- provide user information for account administration;
- configure integrations;
- manage API access;
- provide learning or training content; or
- instruct us to process information on its behalf.
Where an organization controls the processing of personal information and HACC Gen processes that information on the organization's instructions, the organization may be the relevant Data Fiduciary or controller and Dynamic Pixel may act as a Data Processor or service provider, depending on applicable law and the specific arrangement.
In such cases, individuals may need to direct certain privacy requests to the organization that controls their data.
Where appropriate, Dynamic Pixel may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement with the organization.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable product or contractual terms, Dynamic Pixel does not represent that User Content is used to train general-purpose AI models.
Where a particular HACC Gen feature or third-party service requires a different processing arrangement, the applicable terms or notice will govern.
Dynamic Pixel may use aggregated, de-identified, or technical information for purposes such as:
