This policy ensures that the platform remains a secure, ethical, and productive environment for all educators, content developers, and corporate trainers.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

• Ensuring that all content uploaded or generated complies with local and international laws.

• Verifying the accuracy and pedagogical integrity of AI-generated content before deployment to learners.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use HACC-Gen to:

• Illegal Acts: Generate, store, or distribute material that violates any law or regulation.

• Harmful Content: Create content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, violence, or harassment.

• Infringement: Upload content that violates the intellectual property rights (copyrights, patents, trademarks) of third parties.

• Malicious Use: Attempt to bypass security measures, inject malicious code (viruses, worms), or conduct unauthorized scraping of platform data.

• Misrepresentation: Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state an affiliation with a person or organization.

4. Ethical AI Usage

As HACC-Gen is a platform built on Human-AI collaboration, users agree to the following ethical guidelines:

• Human Oversight: Users must provide active human intervention in the content generation process. The platform is not intended for fully autonomous, unvetted content distribution.

5. Content Rights and Intellectual Property
